01 · આ શરતો અને appનો હેતુ

આ Terms & Conditions Trade Mitra Learn Android app અને તેની learning/PDF સેવાઓના ઉપયોગ માટે છે. App વાપરતાં પહેલાં આ શરતો અને Privacy Policy વાંચો. અસહમત હો તો appનો ઉપયોગ બંધ કરો. Privacy Policy વાંચવી એ જાહેરાતો માટે જરૂરી અલગ consent આપવાના સમાન નથી.

02 · માત્ર Virtual Demo — કોઈ real trading નહીં

• Appમાં Buy, Sell, Intraday, Call, Put, Index, IPO, Portfolio, Stop Loss, Target અને P&L જેવા શબ્દો શૈક્ષણિક simulation માટે છે.
• App broker, stock exchange, demat service, investment adviser અથવા real-order execution platform તરીકે કામ કરતી નથી. Appમાંથી કોઈ વાસ્તવિક trade કે IPO application મોકલાતી નથી.
• Virtual balance, holdings, profits, losses, rewards અને credits fictional છે. તેને withdraw, cashમાં redeem, transfer અથવા real securitiesમાં convert કરી શકાતાં નથી.
• Demo trading માટે વાસ્તવિક નાણાં deposit કરવાની જરૂર નથી. Paid PDF/ad-free features માટેની વાસ્તવિક ખરીદી અલગ digital-content/service purchase છે; તે રોકાણ, trading capital અથવા profit entitlement નથી.
• Appના નામ, symbols, index labels, charts અથવા ઉદાહરણોથી કોઈ broker, exchange, regulator અથવા કંપની સાથે affiliation/endorsement માનશો નહીં.

03 · ભાવ, chart અને simulationની મર્યાદા

Practice charts અને ભાવ simulationથી બનેલા હોઈ શકે છે; તે live exchange feed અથવા verified historical market record નથી. Admin દ્વારા અપાયેલ IPO/learning માહિતી પણ educational use માટે છે. તે stale, simplified અથવા ભૂલવાળી હોઈ શકે છે.

Execution, spreads, liquidity, slippage, charges, settlement, market hours અને riskના model વાસ્તવિક marketથી અલગ હોઈ શકે છે. Admin demo IPO allotmentથી કોઈ વાસ્તવિક share allocation થતું નથી. Demoમાં થયેલો નફો વાસ્તવિક tradingમાં નફો થશે તેની આગાહી કે ખાતરી નથી.

04 · શૈક્ષણિક સામગ્રી, સલાહ અને જવાબદારી

Lessons, quizzes, books, chart examples અને appના સંદેશા સામાન્ય શિક્ષણ માટે છે. તે વ્યક્તિગત financial/investment/tax/legal advice, buy/sell signal, ચોક્કસ returnનું વચન અથવા રોકાણની ભલામણ નથી.

વાસ્તવિક નાણાકીય નિર્ણય માટે આ simulation પર આધાર રાખશો નહીં. સ્વતંત્ર રીતે માહિતી ચકાસો અને જરૂર હોય તો યોગ્ય લાયકાત ધરાવતા વ્યાવસાયિકની સલાહ લો. Real tradingમાં નાણાં ગુમાવવાનું જોખમ છે. કોઈ fixed daily income અથવા guaranteed profitનો દાવો આ app કરતી નથી.

05 · Google Play payments અને PDF unlock

• ઉપલબ્ધ paid PDF book અથવા ad-free plan પસંદ કરતાં Google Play purchase screen પર દેખાતી final price, currency, tax અને plan details તપાસો. Adminમાં દર્શાવેલી સૂચક કિંમતથી અલગ હોય તો purchase screenની કિંમત લાગુ પડશે.
• Paid PDFની ખરીદી તે product સાથે જોડાયેલી book માટે છે. અલગ books અલગ purchases છે; એક bookથી બધી books unlock થતી નથી. Ad-free planમાં paid PDFs આપમેળે સામેલ નથી, જો ખરીદી પહેલાં સ્પષ્ટ રીતે જણાવેલું ન હોય.
• Unlock સફળ payment અને server verification પછી થાય છે. Pending/failed paymentથી તરત access મળતું નથી. Internet, Google Play અને backend availability જરૂરી પડી શકે છે.
• Valid ખરીદી ફરી મેળવવા એ જ Google Play accountથી Restore purchases વાપરી શકાય છે. નવી installationમાં verification જરૂરી છે. Local backup file પોતે paid accessનો પુરાવો નથી.
• Refund, reversal અથવા invalid purchase પછી સંબંધિત paid access દૂર થઈ શકે છે. મદદ માટે supportનો સંપર્ક કરો.

06 · Ad-free plans, renewal અને refunds

Appમાં જે plans હાલમાં ઉપલબ્ધ હોય તેની જ offer લાગુ પડે છે. Monthly/yearly auto-renewing subscription પસંદ કરો તો Google Play પર જણાવેલી billing terms મુજબ renewal થાય છે, જ્યાં સુધી તમે તેને cancel ન કરો. One-time/lifetime plan recurring subscription નથી; “lifetime”થી અમર્યાદિત નવી paid books, દરેક future product અથવા હંમેશાં online service ચાલુ રહેવાની ખાતરી થતી નથી. લાગુ ગ્રાહક અધિકારો યથાવત્ રહે છે.

Ad-free access appની સામાન્ય banner/interstitial adsને રોકે છે. તમે સ્વેચ્છાએ virtual reward માટે પસંદ કરો તે rewarded advertisement ઉપલબ્ધ રહી શકે છે.

Subscription manage/cancel કરવા Google Play Subscriptions વાપરો. App uninstall કે data delete કરવાથી subscription cancel થતી નથી. સામાન્ય રીતે cancellation પછી પહેલેથી ચૂકવેલા periodના અંત સુધી access રહે છે, Google Play statusને આધીન.

Refund eligibility Google Playની લાગુ policy અને કાયદેસર ગ્રાહક અધિકારો મુજબ નક્કી થાય છે. Blanket “કોઈ refund નહીં” શરત લાગુ નથી. Google Play refund માહિતી જુઓ અથવા supportનો સંપર્ક કરો.

07 · PDFનો વ્યક્તિગત ઉપયોગ અને content rights

ખરીદી તમને ઉપલબ્ધ book appના readerમાં વ્યક્તિગત, બિન-વ્યાવસાયિક રીતે વાંચવાનો મર્યાદિત હક આપે છે; copyrightનું હસ્તાંતરણ થતું નથી. Preview pages મફત હોઈ શકે છે. સંપૂર્ણ paid book માટે અલગ unlock જરૂરી છે.

કાયદાથી મળતા અધિકારોને આધીન રહીને, પરવાનગી વગર paid PDFની નકલ, વેચાણ, જાહેર distribution, screenshots/recordingsનું વહેંચાણ અથવા readerની access protection bypass કરવું માન્ય નથી. Readerમાં screen-capture protection વપરાય છે, પરંતુ તેને સંપૂર્ણ piracy-proof સુરક્ષા માનશો નહીં.

પોતાની અથવા licensed સામગ્રીના અધિકારો સંબંધિત માલિક પાસે રહે છે. Copyright સંબંધિત પ્રશ્ન માટે bookનું નામ અને સંબંધિત વિગત supportને મોકલો.

08 · યોગ્ય ઉપયોગ અને demo rewards

• બીજાની ઓળખથી માહિતી આપવી, purchase/reward verificationમાં છેડછાડ, duplicate reward fraud, unauthorized access અથવા serviceને નુકસાન પહોંચાડવું માન્ય નથી.
• Virtual reward જાહેરાતની availability અને સફળ verification પર આધારિત છે. Limits અને virtual amounts appમાં બતાવ્યા મુજબ લાગુ પડે છે. Virtual creditsની કોઈ cash value નથી.
• જાહેરાતની offer તૃતીય પક્ષની હોય છે. Ad દેખાવું એ અમારી endorsement, return guarantee અથવા તેની સાથે સંબંધનો પુરાવો નથી.
• કાયદેસર સુરક્ષા કારણસર જરૂરી મર્યાદિત action લેવાઈ શકે છે. ભૂલથી access અટક્યું લાગે તો supportનો સંપર્ક કરો; paid purchases માટે લાગુ ગ્રાહક અધિકારો યથાવત્ રહે છે.

09 · સ્થાનિક data, backup અને service availability

સામાન્ય demo trading data deviceમાં રહે છે. Clear data, uninstall, device loss અથવા resetથી સ્થાનિક progress ગુમાઈ શકે છે. Export backupનો ઉપયોગ કરો અને તેની નકલ સુરક્ષિત રાખો. Manual IPO, reward અને verification records માટે server પર અલગ માહિતી રહે છે.

Maintenance, network problems, Google Play/AdMob availability અથવા updatesને કારણે કોઈ feature મર્યાદિત સમય માટે બંધ થઈ શકે છે. અમે app હંમેશાં ભૂલરહિત કે સતત ઉપલબ્ધ રહેશે એવી ખાતરી આપતા નથી. મોટા paid-feature ફેરફાર થાય તો લાગુ કાયદા અને ખરીદીના અધિકારોને અનુરૂપ વ્યવહાર કરવામાં આવશે.

Settingsના Delete my data buttonથી DELETE confirmation પછી server અને appનું local data દૂર કરી શકાય છે. Network/local cleanup failure હોય તો Retryથી પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ કરો. Subscription આપમેળે cancel થતી નથી. Data access/deletion માટે Privacy Policyનો Data Deletion વિભાગ જુઓ.

10 · ઉંમર, જવાબદારી અને સંપર્ક

નાબાલિગ વપરાશકર્તાએ માતા-પિતા/વાલીના માર્ગદર્શન અને ખરીદી માટે જરૂરી મંજૂરી સાથે ઉપયોગ કરવો. Google Playનું age rating, payment controls અને સ્થાનિક ઉંમર સંબંધિત નિયમો લાગુ પડે છે.

લાગુ કાયદા મંજૂર કરે તે હદ સુધી, simulation પર આધારિત વાસ્તવિક trading નિર્ણયો, તૃતીય પક્ષના content અથવા તમારા દ્વારા અસુરક્ષિત રીતે share કરેલા backupથી થતા નુકસાન માટે અમારી જવાબદારી મર્યાદિત રહેશે. આ શરતો કાયદાથી બાકાત ન કરી શકાય તેવી જવાબદારી, fraud અંગેની જવાબદારી અથવા ગ્રાહકના ફરજિયાત અધિકારો દૂર કરતી નથી.

તમારા વિસ્તારમાં લાગુ કાયદેસર અધિકારો અને ફરિયાદના ઉપાયો યથાવત્ રહે છે. ઉપયોગની શરતોમાં ફેરફાર અહીં અપડેટ તારીખ સાથે મૂકવામાં આવશે; જ્યાં જરૂરી હોય ત્યાં વધારાની notice આપવામાં આવશે. પ્રશ્ન, purchase issue કે ફરિયાદ માટે નીચે સંપર્ક કરો.
