01 · આ Privacy Policy વિશે

આ Policy Google Play દ્વારા ઉપલબ્ધ Trade Mitra Learn Android app માટે છે. તેમાં app અને તેની સાથે જોડાયેલી backend સેવાઓ દ્વારા માહિતી કેવી રીતે ઉપયોગમાં લેવાય છે તે સમજાવ્યું છે. “અમે” એટલે નીચે દર્શાવેલ developer / સંચાલક.

Appમાં અલગ email/password અથવા Google Sign-In account બનાવવાની જરૂર નથી. App દરેક installation માટે random ઓળખ બનાવે છે. તેથી login ન હોવા છતાં અમુક માહિતી server પર process થાય છે.

02 · તમારા deviceમાં રહેતી માહિતી

• તમારું પસંદ કરેલું display name, ભાષા અને theme settings.
• Virtual balance, stock/intraday positions, demo trade history, profit/loss, lesson progress અને quiz progress.
• Demo IPOની સ્થાનિક માહિતી અને app contentની સ્થાનિક નકલ.
• ખરીદી restore/verify કરવામાં ઉપયોગી purchase tokens અને installation authentication માહિતી appના secure storageમાં રહે છે.

સામાન્ય stock/intraday trades અને lesson progressનો આપમેળે અમારા server પર cloud backup થતો નથી. Manual IPO અરજીનું અપવાદરૂપ server processing નીચે સમજાવ્યું છે.

03 · અમારા server પર કઈ માહિતી જાય છે?

• Installation ઓળખ: random installation ID, authentication માટે secretનો hash અને registration સમય. આ app દ્વારા બનાવેલી ઓળખ છે; તમારો IMEI અથવા bank account નંબર નથી.
• Demo rewards: reward request ID, installation ID, સમય/દિવસ, virtual amount, status, ad unit અને reward verification transaction reference. આ માહિતી reward આપવાની અને duplicate requests રોકવાની મદદ કરે છે.
• ખરીદી ચકાસણી: Google Play product ID અને purchase token verification માટે મોકલાય છે. અમારી verification databaseમાં tokenનો hash, installation ID, PDF book અથવા ad-free entitlement, verification સમય અને લાગુ પડે ત્યારે expiry/status સંગ્રહાય છે.
• Manual demo IPO: જ્યારે તમે admin allotmentવાળી IPO practice માટે apply કરો ત્યારે display name, installation ID, application ID, IPO details, requested lots અને સમય server પર મોકલાય છે. Admin decision અને allotment status પણ સંગ્રહાય છે. આ વાસ્તવિક IPO અરજી નથી.
• ટેકનિકલ માહિતી: server/hostingને IP address, request સમય અને જરૂરી access/error information મળી શકે છે. Abuse prevention માટે IP આધારિત hashed rate-limit records વપરાય છે.
• Support: તમે email કરો ત્યારે તમારું email address અને તમે મોકલેલી વિગતો/attachments request ઉકેલવા માટે process થાય છે.

આ માહિતી service ચલાવવા, content પહોંચાડવા, ખરીદીનું access ચકાસવા, reward/allotment સંભાળવા, support અને સુરક્ષા માટે વપરાય છે.

04 · Google AdMob અને Privacy choices

Appમાં Google AdMob જાહેરાતો અને Googleની consent વ્યવસ્થા વપરાય છે. Advertising SDK જાહેરાતો, measurement અને fraud prevention માટે IP addressથી અંદાજિત વિસ્તાર, advertising/app identifiers, app/ad interactions અને diagnostics process કરી શકે છે. આ ચોક્કસ GPS location permission લેવાનું સમાન નથી.

જ્યાં લાગુ પડે ત્યાં consent choices દેખાય છે. Appના Settings → Privacy choices દ્વારા ઉપલબ્ધ વિકલ્પો તપાસી શકો છો. Androidની Ads/Privacy settingsમાં advertising IDના controls પણ મળી શકે છે. પસંદગી મુજબ જાહેરાતો મર્યાદિત અથવા non-personalized હોઈ શકે છે; non-personalizedનો અર્થ કોઈ માહિતી process થતી જ નથી એવો નથી.

05 · Google Play ખરીદી અને PDF વાંચન

Paid PDF books અને ઉપલબ્ધ ad-free plansના payments Google Play દ્વારા process થાય છે. અમે card number, CVV, UPI PIN કે bank login માગતા નથી અને મેળવતા નથી. ખરીદીનું access આપવા purchase verification જરૂરી છે.

PDF appના ખાનગી storage/cacheમાં વાંચન માટે રાખવામાં આવે છે. Reader સામાન્ય sharing/export આપતો નથી અને બંધ થાય ત્યારે temporary PDF દૂર કરવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરે છે. Readerમાં Android screen-capture protection વપરાય છે; દરેક device અથવા બહારના camera સામે સંપૂર્ણ copy protectionની ખાતરી નથી.

App delete કરવાથી અથવા અમારી પાસે data deletion માગવાથી Google Playનું purchase history આપમેળે દૂર થતું નથી. Google પોતાની policy મુજબ માહિતી સંભાળે છે.

06 · Backup, sharing અને અન્ય websites

Export backup પસંદ કરતાં JSON file બને છે. તમે share sheetમાં પસંદ કરેલી app/person/serviceને તે file મળે છે. તેમાં display name, practice history અને અન્ય સ્થાનિક app માહિતી હોઈ શકે છે. Backup encrypted હોવાનું માનીને તેને જાહેરમાં મૂકશો નહીં. તમે બનાવેલી/export કરેલી નકલો તમારી પસંદ કરેલી જગ્યાથી અલગથી delete કરવી પડે છે.

External learning, book અથવા અન્ય links ખોલતાં સંબંધિત website તેની પોતાની privacy/cookie policy મુજબ માહિતી process કરી શકે છે. આ WordPress website પર લાગુ cookies/analytics માટે websiteની પોતાની સૂચના પણ લાગુ પડે છે.

07 · માહિતી કોની સાથે વહેંચાય છે?

• Google AdMob / તેના લાગુ advertising service providers સાથે જાહેરાતો અને consent સંબંધિત માહિતી.
• Google Play સાથે billing અને purchase validation માટે જરૂરી માહિતી.
• Backend hosting અને જરૂરી technical/support providers સાથે સેવા આપવા જરૂરી મર્યાદિત માહિતી.
• તમે જાતે export/share કરો તે recipient સાથે પસંદ કરેલી file અથવા માહિતી.
• કાયદેસર ફરજ, માન્ય અધિકારીની માંગ અથવા security/fraud incident સંભાળવા જરૂરી હોય ત્યારે સંબંધિત પક્ષ સાથે.

અમે તમારી demo trading history અથવા support માહિતી વેચતા નથી. Google અને hosting providersની પ્રક્રિયા તમારા દેશની બહાર પણ થઈ શકે છે; તેમની પોતાની privacy policies પણ લાગુ પડે છે.

08 · સુરક્ષા અને માહિતી કેટલો સમય રહે છે?

Backend requests HTTPSથી મોકલાય છે. Installation secrets અને purchase tokens માટે app secure storageનો ઉપયોગ કરે છે. Server પર access નિયંત્રિત રાખવામાં આવે છે. Internet અથવા device storage માટે સંપૂર્ણ સુરક્ષાની ખાતરી આપી શકાતી નથી.

• સ્થાનિક માહિતી: તમે appના Delete my data દ્વારા દૂર કરો, app storage clear કરો અથવા app uninstall કરો ત્યાં સુધી રહે છે; તમે export કરેલી files અલગ રહે છે.
• Installation, rewards, IPO અને purchase records: access, verification, support અને misuse prevention માટે જરૂરી હોય ત્યાં સુધી રહે છે. Virtual wallet resetથી આ server records આપમેળે દૂર થતા નથી.
• Support અને technical records: request ઉકેલવા, security તપાસ અથવા લાગુ કાયદાકીય ફરજ માટે જરૂરી સમય સુધી રાખવામાં આવે છે.
• Deletion પછી: જરૂરી ન હોય તેવી ઓળખી શકાય તેવી માહિતી delete અથવા ઓળખથી અલગ કરવામાં આવે છે. કાયદેસર payment/refund વિવાદ, fraud તપાસ અથવા ફરજ માટે રાખવી પડે તેવી મર્યાદિત માહિતી, કારણ અને સમય વિશે તમને જાણ કરવામાં આવે છે.
• ન્યૂનતમ deletion record: જૂની app ફરી data ન બનાવે તે માટે Installation ID, deletion સમય, random receipt અને retry ચકાસવા માટે authentication secretનો એકમાર્ગી hash server પર રાખવામાં આવે છે. તેમાં raw secret, email, IPO વિગતો કે purchase proof નથી. આ રોક જરૂરી રહે ત્યાં સુધી record રાખવામાં આવે છે. Process થયેલી requestનો random receipt ID, તારીખ, status અને દૂર કરેલા recordsની સંખ્યા 365 દિવસ સુધી રહે છે; પછી આગામી server access વખતે દૂર થાય છે.
• Hosting backups: live data delete થયા પછી જૂની backup copies providerની configured rotation મુજબ દૂર થાય છે. Requestના જવાબમાં લાગુ backup-retention સમય જણાવવામાં આવશે.

Googleના પોતાના records અને તમે અન્ય જગ્યાએ share કરેલી files તેમની અલગ retention પ્રક્રિયા હેઠળ હોય છે.

09 · Data Deletion — તમારી માહિતી દૂર કરાવો

Appમાંથી જાતે delete કરો: Settings → “મારો Data Delete કરો / Delete my data” → શું દૂર થશે તે વાંચો → DELETE લખીને ખાતરી આપો. Appની સુરક્ષિત installation ઓળખથી server તમારી request ચકાસે છે; આ રીતમાં email આપવાની કે admin approvalની જરૂર નથી.

પહેલાં serverના સંબંધિત rewards, manual IPO અને purchase-access records દૂર થાય છે. સફળ server confirmation પછી આ appની local practice history, display name, lesson progress, saved credentials, purchase tokens અને cached PDF files દૂર થાય છે. Shared/exported copies બીજી જગ્યાએ હોય તો જાતે દૂર કરો. Google/advertising services પાસે રહેલી માહિતી તેમની પ્રક્રિયા હેઠળ રહે છે; સંબંધિત service-provider records માટે જરૂર પડે તો supportનો સંપર્ક કરો.

આ પ્રક્રિયા માટે Internet જરૂરી છે. Reply ન મળે તો local data હજી રાખવામાં આવે છે અને “Retry”થી એ જ request સુરક્ષિત રીતે ફરી ચકાસાય છે. Server delete થઈ ગયો હોય અને local cleanup અધૂરું હોય તો app ફરી ખોલીને Retry કરો. App completionની જાણ કર્યા વગર સંપૂર્ણ deletion થયું છે એવું માનશો નહીં. ફોનમાં માત્ર deletion પૂર્ણ થયું છે તે ઓળખતો નાનો checkpoint રહે છે, જેથી ફરી ખોલતાં app આપમેળે નવા records ન બનાવે.

App ઉપલબ્ધ નથી અથવા મદદ જોઈએ? અહીંથી app ફરી download કર્યા વગર પણ deletion request શરૂ કરી શકો છો. Appમાં સામાન્ય sign-in account નથી; request તમારી installation અને તેની સાથે જોડાયેલા records માટે છે.

• તમારું appમાં વાપરેલું display name અને કઈ માહિતી દૂર કરાવવી છે તે લખો.
• Installation ID અથવા IPO Application ID તમારી પાસે હોય તો ઉમેરો. Installation ID appના Settings → ગોપનીયતા અને Data Deletion વિભાગમાં copy કરી શકાય છે. IPO Application ID અરજીની વિગતોમાં મળી શકે છે. ખરીદી સંબંધિત request માટે Google Play order reference આપી શકો છો; તે admin searchમાં સીધો ઉપલબ્ધ નથી, પણ support ચકાસણીમાં મદદરૂપ થઈ શકે છે.
• App uninstall થઈ ગઈ હોય અથવા ID ન મળે તો પણ email કરો; ફરી install કરવું ફરજિયાત નથી. સંબંધિત record ઓળખવા માટે જરૂરી ન્યૂનતમ વિગતો અંગે અમે મદદ કરીશું.
• Email દ્વારા આવેલી requestમાં તમારી ઓળખ/record સાથેનો સંબંધ ચકાસ્યા પછી admin verified request નોંધશે અને સંબંધિત installation credentials, rewards, manual IPO અને purchase-access records દૂર કરશે. પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ થાય ત્યારે requestમાં સંગ્રહાયેલી email અને target installationની વિગતો પણ દૂર થાય છે. કોઈ record વિશ્વસનીય રીતે ઓળખી ન શકાય તો તે અંગે જણાવીશું.
• Password, OTP, UPI PIN, સંપૂર્ણ card details, app authentication secret અથવા purchase token emailમાં મોકલશો નહીં.

તમારા ફોનમાંથી: Android Settings → Apps → Trade Mitra Learn → Storage → Clear storage/Clear data વાપરો અથવા app uninstall કરો. Device મુજબ menuના નામ બદલાઈ શકે છે. Reset demo account માત્ર practice reset છે; સંપૂર્ણ local/server data deletion નથી.

શું બદલાશે? જૂની installationનું server sync અને ફરી registration બંધ થાય છે. Appમાંથી સફળ deletion પછી “ફરી શરૂ કરો / Start again” પસંદ કરો ત્યારે જ નવી installation બને છે; app જાતે ફરી registration કરતી નથી. Admin દ્વારા delete કરાવ્યા પછી પણ appના Delete my data વિકલ્પથી ઓળખની ચકાસણી અને local cleanup પૂર્ણ કરી શકાય છે. Deletionથી practice/reward history ગુમાઈ શકે છે અને ખરીદીનું access ફરી verify/restore કરવું પડી શકે છે. Exported backups જાતે દૂર કરો. Google Playની subscription ચાલુ હોય તો આગળની billing અટકાવવા Play Storeમાંથી અલગ cancel કરો; deletion request કરવા પહેલાં cancellation ફરજિયાત નથી. Data deletion એ આપમેળે refund request નથી.

સમય અને અપવાદ: Appમાંથી deletion સફળ request વખતે process થાય છે. Email request મળ્યા પછી જરૂરી verification, અપેક્ષિત completion સમય અને કોઈ કાયદેસર retention હોય તો તેની વિગતો જણાવવામાં આવશે. લાગુ કાયદાની સમયમર્યાદાનું પાલન કરવામાં આવશે. Request process થયા પછી confirmation આપવામાં આવશે.

10 · નાબાલિગો, તમારા અધિકારો અને ફેરફારો

નાબાલિગ વપરાશકર્તાએ માતા-પિતા/વાલીના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ app વાપરવી અને ખરીદી માટે તેમની મંજૂરી લેવી. બાળકની વ્યક્તિગત માહિતી અનિચ્છિત રીતે મોકલાઈ હોય તો વાલી support પર સંપર્ક કરી શકે છે. Appનું age rating અને parental controls Google Play listingમાં તપાસો.

તમારા વિસ્તારમાં લાગુ કાયદા મુજબ માહિતી વિશે જાણકારી, correction, deletion અથવા consent સંબંધિત request કરવા ઉપરના email પર સંપર્ક કરો. જરૂરી verification બાદ જવાબ આપવામાં આવશે. Appની કામગીરી અથવા આ policy બદલાય ત્યારે અહીં સુધારેલી તારીખ સાથે નવી policy મૂકવામાં આવશે. જરૂરી હોય ત્યારે વધારાની notice/consent આપવામાં આવશે.
